replicated_max_* MergeTree table settings

These settings are available in system.merge_tree_settings and are autogenerated from the ClickHouse snapshot.

replicated_max_mutations_in_one_entry

Max number of mutation commands that can be merged together and executed in one MUTATE_PART entry (0 means unlimited)

replicated_max_ratio_of_wrong_parts

If the ratio of wrong parts to total number of parts is less than this - allow to start.

Possible values:

• Float, 0.0 - 1.0
