dynamic_disk_* session settings

These settings are available in system.settings and are autogenerated from the ClickHouse snapshot.

dynamic_disk_allow_from_env

Allow using from_env substitutions in the dynamic disk configuration (i.e. in the disk() function arguments). Disabled by default to prevent users from reading arbitrary environment variables when defining table storage.

dynamic_disk_allow_from_zk

Allow using from_zk substitutions in the dynamic disk configuration (i.e. in the disk() function arguments). Disabled by default.

dynamic_disk_allow_include

Allow using include in the dynamic disk configuration (i.e. in the disk() function arguments). Disabled by default.
