max_local_* session settings

These settings are available in system.settings and are autogenerated from the ClickHouse snapshot.

max_local_read_bandwidth

The maximum speed of local reads in bytes per second.

max_local_write_bandwidth

The maximum speed of local writes in bytes per second.
