query_cache_* session settings

These settings are available in system.server_settings and are autogenerated from the ClickHouse snapshot.

query_cache.max_entries

The maximum number of SELECT query results stored in the cache.

query_cache.max_size_in_bytes

The maximum cache size in bytes. 0 means the query cache is disabled.
